The Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE) is a "virtual" one-stop network. It connects agencies, programs and services electronically to assist employers and individuals. The services delivered through MWE are free. The information you provide is protected for your privacy.

Anyone looking for a job is welcome to use this service. When you register you will get the best and most updated information on careers, jobs and training. Managing your job search will become easier as you will start your own on-line folder to store information for future use.

Some of the services available to you free of charge on the Maryland Workforce Exchange System:

• Search and apply for jobs on-line
• Set-up and manage your own career and job search using individual on-line folders
• Create multiple resumes, stored in you folder, to give you quick access to available jobs
• Allow employers to search for you
• Gain more access to self referrals to accelerate your job search
• Access details about training courses and schools
• Search events calendar for on-line job-search activities. Sign up on-line.
• Access to job seeker resources
• Organize your activities in your folder and set reminders to inform you of upcoming events
• File an Unemployment Insurance Claim
